Legacy Society

The Pennybyrn at Maryfield Legacy Society is made up of individuals who have made deferred gifts to support the mission of Pennybyrn at Maryfield. Gifts that are planned for the future are what make non-profit organizations like Pennybyrn at Maryfield able to continue into perpetuity. The ability to forecast gifts and be able to make budgetary projections based on this knowledge is very helpful to the strength and future of our organization.

Resident Care Campaign

The Resident Care Campaign assists Pennybyrn at Maryfield’s skilled nursing residents who have exhausted their own financial resources. This campaign was established so these residents would be able to continue receiving the same quality of service, care and life enhancement as the residents who still have financial resources available. These funds go directly to resident care and services address the financial gap between Medicaid coverage and the actual cost of medical care.

Employee Recognition Fund

Gifts to the Employee Recognition Fund allow families to honor employees who go above and beyond the call of their job of caring for our loved ones. Pennybyrn at Maryfield uses these funds for special employee recognition events.

Pennybyrn at Maryfield Endowment Fund

The Endowment is Pennybyrn at Maryfield’s savings account for the future. The principal of all gifts to the Endowment remains untouched while the money earned from investments in the Endowment supports our mission to serve the elderly on a yearly basis. A gift to the Endowment Fund is a gift that will last for generations to come.

Planned Giving

Planned gifts are a way to insure the future of Pennybyrn at Maryfield.  Gifts of Real Estate, Life Insurance, a Gift through a Will, or various Trust arrangements can make a positive impact on our mission while deferring the gift and not negatively impacting your current assets.
